Sixth Form - Program Description

Service and moving on
South Kent's Sixth Form program involves a balance of four main components: academic performance, the college process, school leadership, and service to others. We have a strong program at South Kent, one that is aimed to enrich ones experience at South Kent.
Sixth formers are asked to perform at the peak of their ability as they prepare for not only the demands of the Sixth Form Year, but also for college. Our boys are asked to strive for academic excellence as critical thinkers, to present clear and thoughtful oral and written communications, and to become sophisticated problem solvers. Students take part in on-campus jobs and responsibilities, and assume supervisory roles in maintaining an attractive school campus. Our service extends to the surrounding community as well as the national community.
In The Sixth Form you will:
- Give back to the community.
- Prepare for life after South Kent.
- Meet challenging and meaningful academics.
- Foster communication skills.
- Accept responsibility for oneself.
